Shipping Policy
At XpengAccessories.com, all orders are processed as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship your items fast and provide the best customer experience from start to finish.
Shipping Locations
To offer the best price-to-value ratio, we ship orders from multiple warehouses located in both the EU and China. Depending on product availability, items in the same order may ship separately.
Delivery Time

All items are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 business days (excluding remote regions).

Most customers receive their order within 5–10 business days.

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, except during Hong Kong public holidays or when dealing with out-of-stock or customized items.
Remote Locations
If your shipping address is in a remote area (e.g., Puerto Rico, Alaska, and certain rural zones), additional remote delivery fees may apply. Our customer service team will contact you if this is required.
Military Addresses
Please note that APO, FPO, and DPO addresses cannot be shipped to using commercial couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or TNT. In most cases, we are unable to deliver to military mail locations.
EU Duty-Free Channels
For certain EU destinations, we may use duty-free shipping channels. The declared customs value may be written lower than the actual product value to help reduce import fees.
Delivery Responsibility
Our shipping responsibility ends once the carrier confirms the package has been delivered to the address you provided.
If the tracking information shows “delivered” but the package cannot be found at your location, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds. After official delivery verification, responsibility shifts to the customer.
We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered after multiple delivery attempts. Customers must coordinate with the courier to ensure successful delivery. If a package is returned to XpengAccessories.com due to being undeliverable, no refund will be issued.
Customs Clearance & Duties
Buyers are responsible for cooperating with customs when needed. If customs requires additional documents, confirmation, or tax payments, the buyer must respond promptly.
Failure to comply with customs procedures may result in delivery failure, returns, or package destruction. In such cases, all related losses or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs duties, VAT, and other government-imposed taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend reviewing your local tax policies before ordering.
Country-Specific Delays
Due to low postal efficiency in Colombia and South Africa, delivery may take 60 days or longer.
